HOW TO READ THE BIBLE FOR ALL IT’S WORTH

The Bible is no ordinary book. The words within its pages are like medicine to your soul. It has the power to change your life because there is life in the Word! Join me for this 6-week study on how to read the Bible for all it’s worth. During our time together, we will look closer at what it means to properly exegete God’s Word by knowing the original meaning of the text, identifying books of the Bible by genre, asking the right questions of the text and applying God’s Word that was written thousands of years ago to the present time. (6 weeks)

This nine week LifeGuide Bible study by Dale and Sandy Larsen covers some of the surprising and interesting questions that Old Testament characters heard from God, such as, when he asked Adam and Eve, "Where are you?" As we consider the questions God asked others, we are guided inward to reflect on the same questions in our own lives.

SEVEN PILLARS OF FREEDOM FOR MEN
A safe and confidential environment for men who struggle with pornography or sexual addiction. This program utilizes accountability, education and prayer to equip participants with tools to walk in victory.
BETRAYAL & BEYOND FOR WOMEN
For spouses, ex-spouses or significant others of those struggling with sexual addiction, homosexuality or any other damage from sexual brokenness.
TAKING BACK GROUND
A discipleship and support program designed for men and women seeking to heal from sexual and relational brokenness. It equips those struggling with unwanted homosexual desires by providing tools to walk a victorious life.
MENDING THE SOUL
A program that supports men and women who have survived
abuse - including sexual, physical, emotional and domestic.
Grief Share - Help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one.
Divorce Care- Help and healing for the hurt of separation and divorce.

Is a Christ-centered recovery ministry that is based on God’s word and seeks to help those who want freedom from life’s hurts, hang-ups (character defects) and unhealthy habits or addictions. It follows a program that is based on 8 Godly Principles from the Beatitudes and a 12 Step Recovery Process.

LIFE Track is an exciting path for spiritual growth and enjoying fellowship with others. LIFE Track will be offered about once a quarter on a Sunday evening. The class time will be from 4-5:30 and 6:30-8:00 pm. At 5:30, we will provide a great meal.
Childcare will be available on a pre-registered basis.
LIFE 101 – DISCOVERING DEER FLAT CHURCH.
This seminar is required for church membership. Regardless of how long you have attended, this is a great refresher course for who we are and what we believe. We encourage everyone to attend.
LIFE 201 – DISCOVERING SPIRITUAL GROWTH.
This seminar will cover spiritual maturity & discipleship and focus on the 5 habits of a disciple.
LIFE 301 – DISCOVERING YOUR GIFTS FOR MINISTRY.
This seminar will work through understanding the spiritual gifts that God has given you and how they apply to your life.
LIFE 401 – DISCOVERING YOUR FAITH STORY.
This seminar will help you consider your Faith journey and how to share your story with other people.
