GET READY FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE RESSURECTION SUNDAY!
I love what God is doing in our Church! Let me tell you why…
- There is a MOVE OF THE SPIRIT that is happening! I NEVER take this for grant it. There’s nothing like GOD created MOMENTUM.
- God is bringing NEW PEOPLE through our doors. A number of these people are here because God drew them here, not because someone invited them.
- People are coming on Sunday’s with a sense of EXPECTANCY. There is an anticipation that God is going to do something great. This kind of heartfelt thinking is what creates an environment for MIRACLES to happen
- Our focus is on the future. I sense that our congregation is looking forward to what God has in store for us.
- There seems to be a genuine desire to see Deer Flat reach its true GOD GIVEN POTENTIAL.
- We have GREAT group of VOLUNTEERS. Some of the best servants you can find anywhere are right here at DF. Couldn’t make it without you!
Let’s catch THE WAVE of the SPIRIT. Here’s something you can do that will make a big difference in our future…
- Invite everyone you can to EASTER SUNDAY. We’re already working on the message for that Sunday. With His help, I am CONFIDENT we will see many people CHOOSE CHRIST as the invitation is given. Begin praying for that person, and then GO BOLD with your invitation.
- Remember: FOUND PEOPLE FIND PEOPLE. We always want to make it as simple as possible for you to INVITE your friends and family so they can hear a presentation of the Gospel like never before.
- Then, we want to all come ready to CONNECT with these new friends. Be purposeful at reaching out to someone you don’t know. Your warm greeting will remain UNFORGETTABLE as they leave their Deer Flat experience. Getting out of ourselves is one of the BEST things we’ll ever do. Be purposeful in reaching out the NEW people. DON’T FORGET…there’s a great environment in the Youth Room to engage in the services for those who want to make room in the sanctuary.
A SPECIAL MORNING FOR THE KIDS THIS SATURDAY AT 10:30 – Julie and her amazing team have something really great prepared for the children. If you’ve got kids, get them to this wonderful presentation of the Easter story. Great things are in store for all the children. Check out all of the info at, www.deerflat.org
CHARITABLE INVESTMENTS – I want to invite you to consider how to leverage your generosity long after you’re gone, and advance the Kingdom while you’re still here. THIS IS NOT A FUND RAISER. It’s an informational time to learn some great ways to enhance and manage your heart for those ministries that you would like to support and give to.
