SUMMER AT DEER FLAT
It is hard to believe, with the dramatic weather we have had, but summer is quickly approaching. It is a great time to get away with family/friends and enjoy the sun, great outdoors and relaxation. We hope that your summer is filled with the things you love to do. We also hope that Deer Flat will continue to be an important part of your summer as well. We have a lot going on for all ages and it all starts soon. Below is just a glimpse of what is happening so make sure you go to our Events Page for all the events and details.
NEW ADULT SINGLES LIFE GROUP
The group meets Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 pm in Wilder. If you are a single adult wanting to meet new people, connect, and do life together through learning, serving and fun activities, you are invited to join us for this Life Group. We will meet on Wednesday evenings in Wilder from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. For more information, contact Jan at 253.414.2654 or lavalle23040@yahoo.com
The group will also be meeting at Lake Lowell Saturday, May 20th from 10am-1pm for kayaking and paddle boarding. There will be a couple extra kayaks and paddle boards if you don’t have one. Bring drinks and lunch for yourself as well as a beach towel, lawn games etc.. if you are a single parent please bring your children. We are an inclusive group.
LIFELINE PREGNANCY CHANGE FOR LIFE

All men are invited to join us for a Men’s Breakfast. There’s always plenty of good food and good fellowship, so please invite a friend! 8:30-10 am in the Lobby. Donations accepted.

BELIZE MISSION TRIPS
This summer we are sending 2 mission teams to Belize to help rejuvenate and finish a elementary school and a preschool. The first team will be gone June 3-10 and the second will be gone July 29-August 5. Please be in prayer with us for safe travels, necessary work to get completed and that a kingdom impact is made!
SPECIAL GUEST: ERWIN LUTZER – SUNDAY, JUNE 18TH DURING BOTH SERVICES
Dr. Erwin W. Lutzer is the pastor emeritus of The Moody Church in Chicago, where he served as senior pastor from 1980-2016.
Dr. Lutzer earned a BTh from Winnipeg Bible College, a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, an MA in philosophy from Loyola University, and an honorary LLD from the Simon Greenleaf School of Law. Read more

SUMMER WORKERS NEEDED AT CAMP CASCADE
Camp Cascade is in need of 2 people who could live and work at the camp June-August (some flexibility). Meals and lodging provided.
