DON’T FORGET

Ryan Stoops   -

Good morning early risers!

This Sunday, March 10th at 2am your clocks may or may not (depending upon how technologically advanced they are) jump forward one hour into the future. This phenomenon is known as daylight saving time. Why is this important you ask? Because it means that our church service will “feel” like it started an hour earlier than normal which is really cool because Sunday is the best part of our week! If that isn’t amazing enough, it also means that when Jesus comes back (hopeful very soon) for His bride, He will be here an hour early. Isn’t that so thoughtful of Him to be early?!

With all this said, I wanted to remind you to go to sleep a little earlier this Saturday evening and don’t forget to move your clocks ahead one hour. I also wanted to encourage you to actively reach out to our U.S. House of Representatives to challenge them to make day light saving time a thing of the past, it’s time we as a nation start protecting our sunshine. Ok, I’ll get off my soap box and get back to what’s really important. I can’t wait to see you this weekend as we head into the 2nd week of our new series, Oh What a Savior. This Sunday we are talking about the boys in the boat (no, not the movie). It’s gonna be a great weekend to invite your friends.

I’ll see you soon (1 hour early),
Pastor Ryan
